Refund Request Process
To request a refund for an eligible product or service purchased through Balanced-Life365, participants must contact our customer support team within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be processed.
Evaluation and Approval
Each refund request will be evaluated based on specific circumstances and adherence to this policy. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Non-Refundable Items

Affiliate Program Payment Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Balanced-Life365 Affiliate Program.
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our Payment Terms and Conditions. This document outlines the minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, applicable fees, and schedules specific to our Balanced-Life365 Shop, including our E-Books, NFTs, and other direct services. These terms do not apply to third-party products or services.
1. Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout for commissions is $10 USD. Commissions totaling less than $10 USD will be carried over to the subsequent month.
2. Payment Methods and Fees
Affiliates Outside Trinidad and Tobago:
- Payments will be processed in Tether USD (TRC20).
- An 8% transaction fee will be applied to each payout.
Affiliates in Trinidad and Tobago:
- Payments may be made in either Tether USD (TRC20) or Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
- Tether USD (TRC20): Payments incur an 8% fee and are sent to a TRC20 wallet address.
- TTD: Payments can be made via WePay or local bank transfer.
- Conversion rate: 6.7 TTD to 1 USD.
- Accepted banks for transfers include RBL, RBC, FCB, and JMMB.
- Payments through Scotiabank will not be accepted.
3. Payment Schedule
Commissions of $10 USD or more will be processed on the 28th day of each month. Please allow up to 14 working days for the payment to reflect in your account.
4. General Terms and Conditions
These payment terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Balanced-Life365. Balanced-Life365, powered by Body Image Consultants Ltd (BIC), reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without prior notice.
5. Scope of Terms
These terms pertain exclusively to the Balanced-Life365 Shop, including our E-Books, NFTs, and other services provided directly by Balanced-Life365. These terms do not cover third-party products or services, which are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Balanced-Life365 may accept fiat currency and, where applicable, virtual assets as optional payment methods only. Any virtual asset payment is initiated by the user from the user’s own wallet and does not involve custody or transfer services provided by Balanced-Life365.
Balanced-Life365 may promote third-party services via affiliate links. All third-party virtual asset services operate independently and are not managed, supervised, or controlled by Balanced-Life365.
