1. Free External Business Listing — TT$0

Already have a website, online store or booking page? Apply for a free marketplace listing with your business name, description, contact information and link to your own website. Customers complete purchases and bookings on your website. Listings are subject to review; BL365 does not process those transactions.

2. BL365 Hosted Merchant — Your Store Within Our Marketplace

One-time setup: TT$350. Annual hosting: TT$620. First-year base total: TT$970. Subsequent hosting renewal: TT$620 per year, subject to published terms.

Suitable for businesses that need a branded storefront within BL365 and access to applicable merchant dashboard features for products, services, orders, bookings and staff. Merchants can manage their own business. Availability of individual tools depends on their approved setup.

Optional Store Management

TT$152 per month in addition to hosting. This is an optional service for merchants who want assistance maintaining their store. The precise scope and response times will be confirmed in a separate management agreement. No management subscription is required for self-managed merchants.

3. Independent Business Website — Consultation & Quotation

Prefer your own independent website rather than a hosted BL365 marketplace store? We offer website and e-commerce consultation, design and development, with optional separately quoted hosting and maintenance.

How Registration Works

1. Choose free listing, hosted marketplace store or independent website consultation.
2. Submit one simple business application on Balanced-Life365.
3. Our team reviews and verifies the information.
4. If approved for a paid hosted store, we provide the appropriate payment and onboarding instructions. No storefront or paid checkout is activated automatically.
5. Approved hosted merchants manage their business through their own branded frontend dashboard. No second Arena merchant registration is required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a business listing really free?

Yes. The external business listing option has no listing fee, subject to approval. Your own website and external service costs remain your responsibility.

Do I have to pay BL365 to manage my hosted store?

No. Hosted merchants can self-manage. Optional management is TT$152 per month.

Does applying create a store or charge me?

No. Application review comes first. Paid activation and payment workflows remain subject to testing and approval.

Can I build a website outside the marketplace?

Yes. Use our existing development consultation service for a custom quote.

Pricing is in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. Package terms, payment methods, renewal and cancellation conditions will be confirmed before paid activation.
